What data we process

• If you write on WhatsApp: your name, phone number and WhatsApp profile name, the content of the message and anything you choose to share in the chat.
• If you email or call: your email address or phone number and the content of the communication.
• Technical browsing data: like any website, the hosting server automatically logs IP address, browser, requested page, date and time. It is used only to run and secure the site, never to identify or profile you.

Why, and on what legal basis

• To reply to your request and, if a collaboration follows, to manage it. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To run and protect the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No data is used for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and none is sold or shared with third parties.

Do I have to provide it?

No. Contacting Ennio is your choice; without a message, though, it is not possible to reply.

Who receives the data

Data is processed only by the controller. These services are also involved:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): hosts the site and logs technical browsing data, as a data processor.
• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Meta group): carries the messages you send in the chat. It processes data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy, which you accepted by using WhatsApp.
• Microsoft Corporation (Outlook.com): provides the mailbox where emails sent directly to Ennio arrive.

Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are based in the United States, so data may be transferred outside the EU. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR: the European Commission's adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for participating companies, or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission (Arts. 45 and 46 GDPR).

How long we keep it

• WhatsApp messages and emails: for as long as needed to reply and to manage any resulting collaboration, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise.
• Server technical logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site sets no cookies, technical or otherwise, and uses no equivalent tools (local storage, pixels, fingerprinting). There are no analytics, advertising or social plugins, and the fonts are served by the site itself without contacting external services. That is why no consent banner is shown.

The links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Behance and kclabs.it open external sites and services, which have their own privacy and cookie policies.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive your data in a portable format (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). Just write to ennyo.sprocatti@hotmail.it; you will get an answer within one month.

If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country.

Changes

If the site changes (for example with new services or tools) this policy will be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
